In the initial, Ratchaphruek Hospital Public Company Limited served as a private hospital providing healthcare services to patients at the regional level (with a focus on non-high complexity cases). The hospital offered diagnostic examinations, medical treatment, and counseling services to patients seeking care. The scope of service coverage extended to the province of Khon Kaen.
Currently, the company provides comprehensive medical services covering general and increasingly complex medical conditions. There has been an enhancement of capabilities to broaden the scope of diverse medical services, ensuring more comprehensive and integrated healthcare. This is in response to the evolving needs of service recipients.
Nature of Services
Outpatient Services (OPD)
The company has a total of 37 patient examination rooms and has added a clinic for respiratory system diseases (ARI CLINIC) to provide services for specific patient groups. This clinic is dedicated to patients with symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or difficulty breathing. It has been established to help segregate high-risk patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The company provides various types of patient rooms to accommodate the needs of patients and their relatives, including Deluxe rooms, Super Deluxe rooms, Junior Suites, Suites, Premier rooms, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) rooms (Normal), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) rooms (positive/negative pressure), Nursery for sick infants, Nursery for newborns, and Delivery Waiting Rooms. The room charges are calculated based on the type of room, and for patients who pay for medical services in cash/credit card and for medical expenses exceeding the insurance coverage, there are discounts available on room charges.
