Code of Conduct for IROs
The company has established this Code of Ethics for Investor Relations to guide personnel within the investor relations department
Including those responsible for disclosing investor relations information, in conducting their duties accurately and appropriately.
- Disclose important information that may impact investment decisions or shareholders' benefits accurately, sufficiently, and promptly. Adhere to criteria set by relevant agencies regarding information crucial to investment decisions.
- Prioritize disclosing information through Stock Exchange channels before disseminating it to any specific group. Avoid sharing trade secret information, incorrect details, estimated information, or anticipated events before public disclosure.
- Establish channels for information disclosure or sources that ensure equal access. Utilize the company website's Investor Relations category and the information disclosure channels provided by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
- Refrain from disclosing information about the company's operating results and avoid scheduling appointments with investors and securities analysts for 14 days before reporting operating results to the Stock Exchange (silent period).
- Safeguard the company's internal information and refrain from using it for personal or others' benefit.
- Avoid expressing opinions about the company's securities prices.
- Strictly Adhere to laws, rules, regulations, and company policies to maintain accurate internal information.
- Establish accessible channels enabling all stakeholder groups to obtain information and pose questions through email or telephone, ensuring equitable treatment and avoiding advantages or disadvantages for any group.
- Be cautious when communicating information via social networks. If clarification is necessary, ensure it is addressed solely through the Stock Exchange's system to inform investors and the public effectively.
- Execute duties with honesty, fairness, and responsibility.
- Refrain from discrimination and reject any form of bribery rooted in personal motives that could benefit oneself or others.
- Adhere strictly to the company's code of ethics and other policies while fulfilling duties in the investor relations position.
