Ratchaphruek Hospital does treat foreign patients, though they currently make up a very small portion of the revenue, around 1.7%. The hospital anticipates an increase in foreign patients in the future, especially from the CLMV (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam) group, due to its international standards of care. This makes it convenient for patients from neighboring countries to receive treatment in Khon Kaen, eliminating the need to travel to Bangkok.

The cosmetic surgery hospital is set to open in early 2025. It will be the first cosmetic surgery hospital in the Northeastern region of Thailand. The hospital will also been promoted in neighboring countries (CLMV group). The services of this cosmetic surgery hospital cover all aspects related to cosmetic procedures.

As for skin care services, although plans are in place, due to the high number of existing providers in the Khon Kaen area, the hospital has not yet started operations in this area of service.
